Post completion: Leaseholds: Possessory Title
Learning Outcomes
1. Understand the different ways in which the legal estate in land can be held
2. Be able to explain the procedure by which such legal estate is transferred from one person to another and the safeguards that are incorporated into such a transaction
Assessment
One mulitple choice test and one assignment of six questions. Approximately 2200 words
