Advocating on your behalf
The NALP advocates on our members behalf to the Legal Services Board, Legal Services Commission, Ministry of Justice, Skills for Justice, Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Law Society. The NALP aim is to strengthen the voice of NALP Paralegals in the legal world.
NALP membership card
All NALP members now receive a membership card. These are issued quarterly after joining/ renewal of NALP membership. NALP Membership dates are 1st February,1st May, 1st August, 1st November.
NALP membership certificate
Affiliate, Associate, Graduate, Fellow and Licensed members receive an embossed certificate on joining and renewal of their membership. A certificate from NALP shows your employers and potential clients that you have attained a certain level of skills and academic qualification.

Facebook
Join the NALP facebook group The NALP Facebook is open to members and non members. The intention behind the facebook group is to form local networking groups for NALP paralegals and those looking to belong to a recognised membership body.
Joining our Facebook group is as easy as 1,2,3! All members of The National Association of Licensed Paralegals are welcome to join the Associations Facebook group. 1. Join Facebook2. search for 'National Association of Licensed Paralegals' and 3. send a request to be added to the group.

LawCare

What is LawCare? LawCare is a free and completely confidential advisory service to help lawyers, their immediate families and their staff to deal with the health issues and related emotional difficulties that can result from a stressful career in the law.
LawCare offers the opportunity for you to discuss problems that are interfering with, or have the potential to interfere with, your work performance and/or your family life and to seek help in resolving these problems. Through LawCare, help is available to those who are suffering from stress and/or depression, or who have alcohol, drug or other dependency concerns or eating disorders.
